We are now offering online payments as an alternative way to pay for your swim and membership fees

To all 2015 swimmers and relay captains:

We are pleased to announce that from 2015 season CS&PF is offering online payments option. We have already received a number of swim applications, but for the majority that are still outstanding, you can now go to our Payments page to calculate your fees and proceed straight to an online payment form.

After choosing the right combination of swim type, number of ways and number of new memberships required, you will be redirected to the CS&PF's page on PayPal, which we are using as our payment gateway. Please note that you do not have to be registered or have an account with PayPal to use this page.

A 1.5% fee will be added to all payments to cover PayPal fees: this is lower than the standard 3 or 4% charge we apply if you choose to pay by your credit card using our paper forms.

Please ensure that you put the correct reference in the payment form (e.g. "Solo [swimmer name]" or "Relay [relay name]"). After you complete the payment there is no need to contact the CS&PF office which will receive an automatic notification from PayPal.

Your payment will be recorded within few days on our admin system and will appear as confirmed on your swim's public URL.

Before payment, you must first have a confirmed booking, and second, sent your swim application forms to the CS&PF Office.
