The Welsh and the 'Penguins' make it to France

Friday sees one successful relay swim.  Saturday is another relay day.

Yesterday (Friday) saw success for the the Welsh team: "Team Awesome"  made it to France with Eddie at the helm.  As is Eddie's way he landed them bang on the cap once again; yes that does make three swims in a row on the cap, all on a spring tide!

They took 13 hours and 33 minutes.

Today (Saturday) we have two more relays in the Channel:

  • "Asprire - Team Penguins" with Regina Luxon (pictured) in the team, they made it in 17 hours 56 minutes and 36 seconds
  • Warwick School 2-way relay, who have just landed their first leg in 13 hours and 9 minutes
