This is your advance warning.  

Tickets for the annual dinner go on sale in early January.

Tickets are £45 each and will remain on sale until the 30th January unless they sell out sooner.

After the 30th of January I will only be able to refund any cancellations if I resell the tickets.  

Tables seat 10, if you wish to sit together, please make ONE booking.  For groups larger than 10 I will try to put your tables as close to each other as possible so please still make ONE booking.

To book I will need ALL the following information at the time of booking.  

• Name of everyone in the party.

• Dietary requirements, this is essential, there will be no scope for adjustments on the night.

• Name of each 2023 swimmer clearly marked with either Solo or Relay and the team name.

• For solo swimmers I will need a summary of their swim up to 250 words if they have not already submitted one.

• Please also submit photos with the file under your name. Max 3 per swim, plus 3 from your training group. This needs to be done by the 31st December.

• If you are travelling from outside of the UK, where you have travelled from.

It is essential that you prepare to make one payment per booking.  Kathy and I have more grey hairs than either of us deserve because there is always a select few that think we have mystic powers and can guess who they are, and which group they belong to!
