This is your advanced warning to get organised.

Tickets for the dinner will go on sale on the 2nd of January.

Tickets will remain on sale until the 28th of January unless they sell out sooner.

Tables seat 10, if you wish to sit together, please make ONE booking.  For groups larger than 10 I will try to put your tables as close to each other as possible so please still make ONE booking.

I anticipate tickets being £45 each.  This will be confirmed in the final advertisement

To book I will need ALL the following information at the time of booking. 

• Name of everyone in the party.
• Dietary requirements, this is essential, there will be no scope for adjustments on the night.
• Name of each 2023 swimmer clearly marked with either Solo or Relay and the team name.
• For solo swimmers I will need a summary of their swim up to 250 words if they have not already submitted one.
