There are a few tickets for the CS&PF annual dinner remaining. 

To apply for tickets please email tickets@cspf.co.uk no later than Friday 15th February. 

The dinner will be held at Dover Town Hall on Saturday 2nd March 2019.

Doors open at 18:30, please be ready to take you seats for 19:15.

Tickets are £30 each.

There is no formal dress code, we have seen it all, from crocs to tiaras, that said most people like to polish off the barnacles and make an effort. Photos from some previous years can be found at www.cspf.co.uk.

To book tickets please send ALL of the following information to tickets@cspf.co.uk. When I have all of the information will I be able to forward the payment details to you and process your request.

• Name of everyone in your party. Please highlight the booking name and use that name as a reference when making payment. Please arrange to make one payment for your whole group.
• Tables seat a maximum of 11. If your party is larger than 11 please indicate who you would like to sit on each table. I will do my absolute best to seat your tables side by side. I will fill any remaining seats with smaller groups.
• Dietary requirements. This is essential and if you do not provide this information in advance we will not be able to accommodate your request on the night.
• Cancellations can be refunded up until the 16th February, after that date I will only be able to refund you if I can resell your ticket.
• Swimmer information. We do our best to make the evening about the swimmers so please provide the names of any 2018 swimmers in your party. Could you also provide a summary of their swim for solos, and team names for relay swimmers.

In the event of us selling out I will create a waiting list as there are inevitably some cancellations nearer the day.
