The 2012 AGM was held in the Dover town hall at 2pm.

The AGM was fairly well attended, but we would certainly like to have seen more members there. The whole event was over relatively quickly, allowing us to leave just after 4pm.  

All of the CS&PF Officers wanted to serve for another year, and were all voted in unopposed.

On the Committee, four members were up for relection (Angela Oram, Lance Oram, Tanya Harding and Eddie Spelling), and three new faces wanted to join the committee (Boris Mavra, Sam Jones and Mike Ball).  The voting was incredibly close, and the four positions were filled by Eddie Spelling, Lance Oram, Mike Ball and Boris Mavra.

At this stage, it must be said that this is the first time for the Federation that we have had more people wanting to be on the committee than we have places; this is a very healthy sign. However, losing expertise and experience is a massive issue, and we have no doubt at all that we will see people co-opted onto the committee for specific duties in the near future.
