All at the CSPF wish Andrew the very speediest of recoveries.

Andrew suffered a cardiac arrest on Saturday, and is currently recovering in hospital.  Early signs from various tests are encouraging about his recovery.

Andrew is a stalwart of the Channel Swimming community, and has led the Aspire spinal charity's Channel swimming findraising relays for many years.  His programme has made hundreds of thousands of pounds to help support people paralysed by spinal cord injuries.  He has hoards of fans and friends in the sport, and is respected by all.

All of us wish him the very best, and look forward to welcoming him back to the shingle beaches and rocking boats.
