Here is all the information you need to get organised for the Annual Dinner 2022. 

Please take the time to read it and get yourselves organised. 

I am attempting the impossible this year to fit two years into one, with your help I can achieve this without going insane.

Tickets are £45 and will go on sale in stages:

2020 & 2021 Swimmers (including relays) - 1st January 2022

Pilots & Observers - 1st January 2022

Anyone else - 14th January 2022

Bookings:

I am reluctant to impose ticket restrictions, but the reality is that we simply do not have scope for each swimmer to bring their whole entourage so here is what I would like to happen.

Tables seat 10.

If you are a group of Swimmers / Pilots/ Observers who would like to sit together please nominate one person to make the booking and payment.

If you are swimmer from either season, an observer or pilot and are not booking as part of a group please restrict your initial booking to you plus one.  If you have additional guests you would like to invite you can apply for additional tickets when they go on general sale on the 14th January.

The information I will need to complete the booking:

• Name of everyone in the party.
• Name of swimmers clearly marked.
• A short paragraph for each solo swimmer, highs, lows, monies raised, unusual info.
• Relay name for relay swimmers marked against the name of all team swimmers.
• Nationality of anyone travelling from outside of the UK.
• Dietary information - There will absolutely no scope for addressing this on the evening so it is essential that I am provided this information at the time of booking.

When I have all this information will you be sent the payment details, and only once payment has been received will your tickets be confirmed.

Final booking information will be posted at www.cspf.co.uk on the 1st January 2022.

Cancellations : 

• Due to the ongoing situation with Covid 19 we will look to follow all government advice. Should the event be cancelled by the venue we will offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule for a rearranged date. 
• Should you cancel within the last 3 weeks of the dinner I will only be able to offer a refund if I can resell the ticket.  It is understood that circumstances change so if you need to cancel a ticket please contact me asap. 

Dress Code : 

Every year I get asked if there is a dress code. While there is no formal dress code most people will have binned the harbour hair and crocs in favour of something a bit more glamorous. There are some photos of previous dinners available at the CS&PF website.
