CS&PF Annual Dinner 2020

Tickets on sale from 2nd January ....

The 2020 CS&PF annual dinner will be held at Dover Town Hall on Saturday 7th March.

Doors open at 18:30 to be seated by 19:15.

This is your advance warning of how to buy your tickets.

If you are a group that contains a 2019 swimmer, a CS&PF pilot or a CS&PF committee member you will be able to buy tickets from the 2nd January.

For all other attendees tickets will go on sale on the 10th January.

Tickets are £35 each and your tickets will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.

Payment will be by bank transfer, details of which will be provided when tickets go on sale.

1. If you would like to sit as a group, please book as a group. Tables seat a maximum of 11, for parties larger than 11 please give details of how you want your party split, and I will do my absolute best to seat the tables side by side.

2. Please make one payment for a group booking, it sounds simple but many times I had the same name in multiple bookings.

3. Please state all dietary requirements at the time of booking. The venue do an amazing job of catering for us however there is not scope for last minute changes so please get this information right at the time of booking.

4. Please provide a short biography of the 2019 swimmers in your group, we try to make the evening all about the swimmers and it helps massively if we can have accurate information provided at the point of booking.

5. Please keep in mind that tickets do sell out, maybe you are an award winner! Don't be disappointed and book early.

6. In the event of tickets selling out I will create a reserve list and contact people in order as tickets become available.

7. It is understood that circumstances change so if you need to cancel a ticket please contact me asap. Up to the 22nd February I can offer a full refund. After that date I can only offer a refund if I resell the ticket.

Every year I get asked if there is a dress code. While there is no formal dress code most people will have binned the harbour hair and crocs in favour of something a bit more glamorous. There are some photos of previous dinners available at the CS&PF website.

I look forward to hearing from you all in January.

Thanks
Michelle
