The dinner will be held at Dover Town Hall on Saturday 4th March 2017. 

Doors will open at 18:30 to be in your seats by 19:15 and tables seat a maximum of 11 people.

If you would like to sit as a group please get organising now and nominate one person to make your booking. In order to book you will need to provide the following:

1.  Full name of everyone in your party.
2.  Dietary requirements, a vegetarian option will be provided but only if it is declared at the point of booking. It is essential that dietary requirements are provided, anaphylactic shock is never very entertaining.
3.  Details of any swimmers in your party, names, relay, solo, date, time, charity, purpose, funny anecdotes. We like to make the evening special for our swimmers so a short paragraph of the finer details will help us achieve that.

All payments are to be made by bank transfer this year so please ensure your nominated organiser has access to internet banking.

Tickets will go on sale on the 2nd January 2017 and will be £30 each.
